All the products are shipped from our warehouse overseas. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

We use all shipping companies (Fedex/USP/DHL) depending on the destination. It usually takes us 5 business days to ship the order. The order gets delivered within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.

Customs Clearance 

Please note that delays may be imposed by destination country’s custom clearance. If any custom/import tax is imposed by the authorities The Urban Tannery is not responsible for paying those taxes. All these taxes, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Items

If any order is lost during transit we will send a replacement, usually this does not happen. An order is considered lost is it has been in the courier company’s system for a period of 21 days.

Wrong/Incomplete Address

If order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will re-ship the order only after the customer pays the reshipping costs. The Urban Tannery will not be responsible for loss of an order if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
